A simple home-made chicken recipe that could pass for a gourmet dish.
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
6 slices Swiss cheese (cut small to fit the breast)
6 thin slices prosciutto (ham)
Flour
¾ cup sweet wine
1 2/2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Romano cheese
½ cup butter
Procedure:
With a mallet or a small heavy skillet, pound the chicken breast until
evenly flat. Arrange the cheese and ham on the flattened chicken and
roll. Heat the nutter in a sauté pan until melted. Lightly cover chicken
roll in flour, then fry chicken on each side until brown. When done with
all 6 pieces, drain the butter from the pan and deglaze pan with wine.
Put the chicken rolls back into the sauté pan, then add heavy cream and
soy sauce. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and parsley.

the meat and the creamy white sauce tastier by adding grated Parmesan
and mozzarella cheese.
